Depending on the animal's physical condition, you may not be able to see or interact with them. Please note that the health of the animal is our top priority.
And no refunds will be made in that case.
Any fees cannot be refunded due to customer convenience after purchase.
Children under 12 yo must be accompanied by a person 16 yo or older (fees apply)
Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, allergic attacks, or loss or theft of personal items on our premises, including the parking issue.
To ensure safe use, please be sure to follow the staff's instructions and precautions.
If we judge that you are causing a nuisance to other customers or if you do not follow the instructions of our staff, we may ask you to leave without our willing.
